When armored vehicles are sold in a certain country, service and support must be realized. Until beginning of 2015, vehicles sold in The Netherlands were intended for use abroad. But as of then, vehicles were sold to stay and be operated on Dutch roads. The search had to begin for a support-organisation that has a large dealer network and good coverage in the neighborhood of the gouvernement agencies. It took a while to get everything completed, but operationally, Louwman became the prime service organisation in The Netherlands for my customer in the course of 2015 and the contractual agreements, which have been prepared by me, have been completely processed in May 2017. Ongoing support in the day-to-day business is part of my assignments.
