For this major customer, the already existing key-management processes and systems will be expanded and upgraded to meet the needs that exist. By that, key-management will be expanded to other groups of keys than already covered today. Next to that, a new information support system will be defined, configured and implemented. The project will consist of the making of a plan, the collection of the requirements for the software en the development of the processes needed for the key-management. The processes need to be integrated in the existing ISO9001 procedures and processes. When the requirement are complete, a short-list of software solutions will be made and after the choice has been made, this all will be implemented. Implementation will probably be performed by the standing organization that by then will be extended with program and project management for business processes. The careful estimate is that this project will cover 20.000 to 30.000 keys.
