The customer for whom this new-built needed to be realized sees itself confronted with dramatically changes business-opportunities. Due to loss of business, the operation needs to be sized down significantly. The sites which needed to be replaced by the new-built are being closed now without replacement. The project will, because of this, probably not start again ever.

Given business outlook, this customer decided, although approval has been given by world head-quarters, not to start the actual build of the new site.
June 2013.
The project started in May 2012 that had been in stand-still since November 2012 is now in a preparation phase with new partners since the beginning of 2013. The project is awaiting (renewed) approval of the world head-quarters.
November 2012.
The project started last May has come to a stand-still due to the fact that the terrain still has not been acquired by the project-developer. Shortly after that, the construction company that would build the building went bank-rupt. New partners for this project are being sought.
May 2012.
For a customer, a project for the new-built of a high-security building will be managed. Next to day-to-day management of the project, a lot of advisory services will be connected to the project, which is a continuation of the advisory services during the preparation-phase of the project. The building will be located in the center of the country.
